Trials or Plea Deals
Whether you want to take your case to trial and have your story told, or you want to mitigate the damages and get the best possible plea deal, I’m the attorney for you.
An attorney who doesn’t take cases to trial and win, doesn’t get the best plea offers. I like to stay two steps ahead by thinking about and preparing for trial even when a case is almost certain to take a plea deal. This usually leads to the best outcome.
